Aethara aggregates publicly posted sales and adjacent revenue roles from employer applicant-tracking systems, scores hiring intensity (Hiring Aggressiveness), and publishes state and city career guides. Listings and scores are directional research — not hiring guarantees. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of employers listed on the site.

Accounts

You may browse the Free Explorer, search, filter, and view headline Hiring Aggressiveness scores without a paid account. Sign-in is required for saved shortlists, Pro features, and checkout.

Pro subscription

Aethara Pro ($9.99/mo) unlocks access to the high-intensity priority map for Hypergrowth and High-intensity roles (HA 65+), including full HA breakdowns, premium state blueprints, interview prep, opt-in hire-me profile features, and official employer ATS apply links for unlocked listings. Subscriptions bill monthly through our payment processor. You may cancel anytime from your account; access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout. Apply links (Free vs Pro)

Direct apply links on Moderate-and-below listings (HA below 65) are available in the Free Explorer. Pro unlocks apply on high-intensity listings (HA 65+) that are hidden from the Free Explorer. Apply buttons route to employer-hosted career pages — Aethara does not accept applications on behalf of employers.

Refunds & billing disputes

Subscriptions are sold by Aethara and processed by PayPal. If you believe you were charged in error, contact matthewkindle@aethara.us within 14 days of the charge with your account email and transaction date. See our full Refund & cancellation policy for details. Chargebacks without contacting support may result in account suspension.

User content

Anonymous compensation and interview reviews may be moderated before publication. Do not submit confidential employer information or content you lack rights to share.

Employers

Employer listings and talent-directory features are subject to separate commercial terms when launched. Contact matthewkindle@aethara.us for partnership inquiries.
