Refund & cancellation policy

Merchant of record

Aethara Pro subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes. The charge on your statement will appear as Paddle or Paddle.net* Aethara.

Free trial

Aethara Pro includes a 3-day free trial. You receive full Pro access during the trial and are not charged until it ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed. After the trial, Pro renews at $9.99/mo, billed monthly until you cancel.

Cancellations

You can cancel anytime from your account page (Manage billing) or through the link on your Paddle receipt. When you cancel, your Pro access continues through the end of the current paid period; it does not renew afterward. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.

Refunds

If you were charged in error, did not intend to renew, or are otherwise unhappy with Pro, contact us within 14 days of the charge at hello@aethara.us with your account email and the transaction date. Eligible refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Paddle. Refund requests outside this window are reviewed case by case.

How to request a refund

Email hello@aethara.us from your account email with the subject “Refund request” and your transaction/receipt ID (from your Paddle email). We typically respond within 2 business days. You may also reply directly to the Paddle receipt to reach Paddle’s buyer support.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved faster by email. Chargebacks filed without contacting support may result in account suspension.
