How we compare
Job boards show openings. Aethara shows hiring pressure.
The category
Employer-direct hiring intelligence
Employer-direct hiring intelligence for ae, bdr & am roles — live reqs from employer ATS boards with Hiring Aggressiveness scores.
We respect every name here. Each is excellent at what it was built for — but none was built specifically for people targeting AE, BDR/SDR, and Account Manager roles across the U.S.
LinkedIn is the richest professional network in the world. Its AI-powered job and company insights can help with context, but they are still generated insights layered on top of search, profile, and web signals — not a direct read of which AE, BDR/SDR, or AM teams are hiring aggressively right now.
Want the current map instead of another job board search?
1,635 live AE, BDR/SDR, and AM roles. Official ATS links. All 50 states. Nationwide remote included.
Explore live AE, BDR/SDR, and AM roles →Monster centers on searching job openings, uploading a resume, resume tools, and applying quickly — plus employer job posting, resume search, and recruitment solutions on the hiring side. Broad volume and resume utilities, not specialized hiring-pressure intelligence for AE, BDR/SDR, and AM roles.
Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Google for Jobs gather postings from across the web at once. Indeed collects listings from many sources and de-duplicates them — but postings can still linger after a role is filled. That is massive discovery, not verified hiring pressure per req.
Glassdoor is strongest as a reviews, ratings, and workplace-sentiment product — valuable context about how people felt after they worked somewhere, not a live read of which sales teams are scaling tonight.
Workforce platforms like Revelio Labs estimate headcount and attrition by modeling millions of public profiles. Genuinely impressive for investors and enterprises — modeled data refreshed periodically, not employer ATS listings you can apply to tonight.
Aethara works the other way. Roles come directly from employers’ own applicant-tracking systems — such as Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby — timestamped, de-duplicated, scored for Hiring Aggressiveness, and linked to the official application. Not scraped from job boards. Not modeled from profiles. Sourced from the employer system.

How Hiring Aggressiveness is calculated
Hiring Aggressiveness (HA) estimates how hard an employer is hiring for each specific opening (0–100). Scores combine company-level hiring push with role-specific signals like posting freshness, ATS recency, and how many sibling seats are open. Every score includes a confidence read so thin or incomplete feeds are flagged rather than overstated. Bands: 85+ Hypergrowth, 65+ High, 45+ Moderate, below 45 Minimal.

What counts as ATS-direct
- Apply URL resolves to the employer’s public ATS board (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, and similar) — not a job-aggregator redirect.
- Listing is tied to a live requisition id we track across refreshes; stale postings drop after 30 days.
- No scraped Indeed/LinkedIn/Monster repost — we read the employer feed directly.
- One canonical row per ATS requisition (multi-state clones collapse to a single listing + coverage list).
